Prussians opened big with a Forced March up the centre, pressing the French out of the windmill hill, and forwards towards the village. The French regathered and pressed back, with the Prussians forced to a desperate ploy on their Left flank to distract French attentions.
Fighting on the Prussian right was inconclusive, with losses but no clear winner.

Round 5 - Placenoit

Best opening I have had in some time, Prussians blasted the French under Simmer, killing Simmer first shot, and the unit in a barrage of shot.
Then after 2 Bombardments that reduced the defenders and the Prussians started forwards. Young Guard made a fight of it, but the Prussians made it into the towns and were 4 banners to one. From there, Placenoit became a Prussian graveyard, with a series of Prussian units lost to French artillery blasting the towns. French Old Guard was brought up by La Grand Manoeuvre, and luckily one slaughtered by a 6d combine arms attack for the win. After that, the Prussians were done.

Prussian cavalry did it's bit, stabling the horses in the Church.

Round 6 - Wavre

Cavie (French) - 3 banners 33 blocks lost (2 kills, 1 bridge)

Gileforn (Prussians) - 8 banners 19 blocks lost (6 kills, 2 scouts)

It was very hard scenario for Prussians, but luck was on their side. French troops rush at the center and make no choice what to do for Prussian. Glorious defenders of the mill standed till the last and stoped French troops. Same situation was with reservists at the church. Prussians lancers tried to defeat Heavy Cavalary and as a result done this. Really luck was the addition player at Prussian side.

Round 5

Soul1st (French) - 1 banner 28 losts (1 kill)

Gileforn (Prussian) - 9 banners 11 losts (7 kills, 2 towns)

It is very interesting battle with very powefull French troops, but they have small quantites. Today luck was on the Prussian side. Line French infantry was destoyed in the town with first combined attack. Three times Prussians play Leader Unit Reform card. Finnaly, French right flank was, mostly destroyed. Good raid of cavalary after Elan at French left helps to get one more banner from infantry. Very strong and good play, but not ot much luck for French army.

MT19 Round 1, Starlock vs Soul1st

Starlock (Prussians) 8 Banners, 24 blocks lost

Soul1st (French) 6 Banners, 38 blocks lost

French came out strong, jumping to a 5 to 2 lead. They pressed hard on the right flank, but the Prussians were able to push them back and then mount their own attack. It was a long, hard-fought battle, but the Prussians triumphed in the end. Soul1st was a great opponent and very friendly. Thank you for the great game!

Blocks lost is then number of Blocks lost from your side in the match, including units destroyed. Rallied blocks aren't destroyed

Prussians lost 22 in units destroyed, plus 2 from units still on map, a total of 24
