I asked Richard Borg these questions and got these responses
Q1. What happens if the randomly selected card is First Strike?
RB - Interesting occurrence, just off hand I would return the First Strike card and draw another card.
Q2. What happens to any Dragon card played with the originally played Command card (e.g. Ashigaru attack)?
RB - Return the Dragon card played to the player’s hand. Also return any Honor & Fortune tokens to the player.
