Target: opponent's selected Command card.

Before the actions of the Command card selected is played, randomly select one Command card from the remaining cards in opponent's hand. Your opponent will play this Command card this turn.

Return the Command card originally selected to opponent's hand.

I asked Richard Borg these questions and got these responses

Q1. What happens if the randomly selected card is First Strike?

RB - Interesting occurrence, just off hand I would return the First Strike card and draw another card.

Q2. What happens to any Dragon card played with the originally played Command card (e.g. Ashigaru attack)?

RB - Return the Dragon card played to the player’s hand. Also return any Honor & Fortune tokens to the player.
