In some instances there are 2 different types within a single scenario. Be good to have a tile that distinguishes between River & Stream

You could use those peninsular tiles on the Ancients board I presume?

Added a first "green" peninsular Church and windmill tile too

Here an example, how you can use the customized "Streams" tiles to identify the different river types (fordable or not)
