Number of orders

Lets say I have Scout card (1 order) and:
-Can i use it for getting out of square and combat at once-because I dont know if coming out of square needs separate order or not
-Can I use this card when I want to Use Combined Arms Combat or i rather must have 2 orders Card (for example Probe card) - one order for Artillery and another order for infantry?

An ordered unit can leave square (assuming no cavalry adjacent), and undertake it's normal moves and battles for 1 order.

Only ordered units can make combined arms attacks. Ergo you need at least 2 orders to be able to have 2+ units involved in a combined arms attack.
