Each round is 2 matches to played over a 4 week period. Up to you to arrange a mutually convenient time with your opponent for that round. So the deadlines for Rounds 1-5 will roughly be;
end of March, April, May, June and July, with finals after that. 1st round will likely kick off in February to give some time to sort out novices, web glitches etc. 

Deadlines are hard, I don't extend because I don't like having a lot of players waiting for a few stragglers. The tournament moves on.
