[HELP] Geo-Tagging Scenarios

More

Hi guys,
I've started a new project about GEO-TAGGING each map/scenario to group and show them inside a "Google Map" picture, with linked pages!!!!
I think I'll start with CCNapo website (few scenarios right now) and if it looks good I'll try to reproduce it also on CCAncients website.
Can somebody please help me out in this job?
I'll need specific Latitude and Longitude for each scenarios.

Something like: MAP_CODE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE

Please let me know possible availability.
Thank you in advance

Great Image Pascal, and nice Project idea.

That Image really makes the game feel like a campaign.
I look forward to seeing it populated as scenarios are added :)

How about dating them, and also showing user scenario locations too?

Cheers
Chris

Hi Pascal,
thank you so much for your "fast research".
Sadly I forgot to say I needed tham in "decimal values".
Does anybody know a fast way to convert them?
Please let me know.
Sorry.
Thank you

Hi guys,
I've started converting values to decimal...
On USER MENU, after logging in, you will see another button named "GeoTag View".
Click there to see partial result and tell me what do you think about it.

P.S. Flag icon can be easily modified, so if someone put in some ideas to change it I will update ASAP.

Little Update...
renamed menu button to GeoMap View and completed Geo-tagging for all official scenarios.
If you like the idea we could search also decimal latitude/longitude for unofficial scenarios.
Let me know.

Ehi Chris (I know YOU ARE the graphic man)... any ideas on creating a PNG for a flag shown on the map?
Maybe a Napoleonic flag.
Let us know.
Thanks.

Very good, interesting tool. What would be really cool is being able to have the street level views and take a virtual walk around the battlefields.

Yes, this flag is much better in "Napoleonic" style : thanks to Chris for that..:)

Dave, you can already do that with Google Earth, here a screen at Saint Boes :

French right wing at Orthez : you can see relief with the crest roads, hills and valleys..B)
