Commands & Colors Napoleonics - Vassal Setup

STEP 1 - Install Vassal Client

First, download and install the current Vassal main program for your PC system.

STEP 2

Then download the newest game module “CCNapoleonics2.5.vmod” to any place of your PC (but remember, where ) from Vassal CCN section

STEP 3 - Install a new Game Module

Then start the Vassal client (the programm should be added a “V” program icon on your desktop to start start the client.

After start, you should have a window like this

STEP 4

Now click in menu “File” on the “Open Module” and choose in the opening file window the donloaded gamemodule “CCNapoleonics.vmod”.

After a few seconds, the game window is opening, click on the “Cancel” button and you should have this window.

STEP 5 - Install a Game Extension

Download the newest game module extension "CCN_Fanscenarios.vmdx to any place of your PC (but remember, where ) from Vassal CCN section

STEP 6

Do a right mouse click in the vassal main window (see picture above) on the game name (listed on left side).

Now click in menu “File” on the “Add Extension” and choose in the opening file window the donloaded extension-module “CCNapoEpic.vmdx”.

STEP 7

The extension should be installed then automatic and is available, after a Vassal restart.
