This was a straightforward fight. The Greeks attacked first on the left flank, but broke against the heavy infantry and suffered losses. After that the Macedonian gathered central flank attacked and inflicted some losses. However, the counter-attack by the Greeks was not successful and gave the surviving Heavy Infantry a chance to press the advantage. Order Heavy Troops was issued by Macedonians and brought the number of banners to 5:0. However, some unlucky attacks postponed the victory and caused some unneccesary losses. But in the end the durable and dangerous Heavy Infantry of Macedonians served them well and brought the win.

This time the new Greek commander didn't want to break against the rock-hard centre, so, lucking out on cards, gathered forces to the left, thus opening the roght flank to a daring Companions assault. Bravery, however, does not substitute wisdom, so these were the first unfortunate losses, as the Sacred Band proved its worth by destroying one Companions unit and one misguided Light Cavalry. But the wealth of tactical possibilities that Greeks had with cards like Line Command and Order Mounted which would allow to move Hoplites twice caused hesitation, and the Macedonians struck first with Double Time, destroying the centre, lacking in Commander support. Severed in two, the Greeks lacked one good Order and tried to counter in the center, but Auxilia were not good enough, and so were the rolls, and after heavy losses in just two turns Greeks were doomed. Yet again, whoever gets the three Heavy Infantry units to an enemy first seems to win.
