Round 4 - 115 Ipsus (301 BC)

MichalK (Seleucid) 8 banners won - 5 blocks lost
Gonzo (Antigonus) 1 banners won - 25 Blocks lost

That was very, very unlucky game for Gonzo. Both chariots and one elephant attacked (12 dices in total) with no effect. The game was decided on my right / Gonzo's left. As in history, Demetrius and Antigonid cavalry was superior in that place. Really, there is not much more to tell about our game...

Round 2 - 113 Paraitacene (317 BC)

MichalK (Antigonus) 7 banners won - 18 Blocks lost (+2 rallied, so probably 20)
Gabriele (Eumenes) 4 banners won - 25 Blocks lost

Really good and intense game. Started with skirmishes on flanks - which resulted in Eumenes Elephant and HC taking some loses. Then, a large scale Eumenes attack with all heavies in centre commenced. Unfortunately, Silver Shields lost two blocks due to range combat (really, I have played so many game with that unit, and they barely ever had any influence - in that game they did not scored a hit). The battle in centre was fierce, HI units were being decimated in one rolls. Finally, Antigonid phalangites prevailed, and Eumenes could only look at "The destruction of Army Group Centre".
The last acts of the scenario was even fight on my right / Gabriele’s left, which finished after some turns.
Very nice scenario, well played by opponent. The only drawback that - except First Strike - I had pretty poor hand whole game.

OK, I've had no responses from toddrew or Toganalper in about a month, and neither have played any matches.

So I am now officially looking for replacements. Any volunteers please PM me, and if anyone knows anyone interested, please let them know.

We had a very interesting, long and challenging game with Mike.

Round 3

MichaelK 5 banners won : Togan Alper 7 banners won
Michale 29 blocks lost: Togan Alper 27 blocks lost

A very intersting turn of events . Mike started hitting flags on my elephants from distance creating havoc in my lines. But lucky set of events turned the game around. Thanks for a great game

Round 5 123 Indus (306 BC)

plainscape (Seleucid) 6 banners won, 20 blocks lost
gcallari (Indian) 5 banners won, 22 blocks lost

The battle began with two Indian cav charges into the center of the Seleucid line. Hardly a heavy unit survived this grand encounter. From there on, the two sides picked at each other trying to gain an advantage. Then after much struggle, the whole thing ended with an "I am Spartacus" card played at the right moment with the Seleucids. This was a really fun game where the blocks and banners were even almost the whole time and was really anyone's game.

Edit: corrected the banner count

Isn't the scenario to 6 banners?

Mea Culpa.

It should be 6 and 5 banners won. I was in a rush when I wrote this. I'll edit it to be accurate.
