Storming the Walls on Angrivarii Rampart

I've played this scenario I don't how many times, but have never been completely clear on the special rules. Usually the special rules indicate if a particular hex needs to be held through to the next turn, if a banner is gained immediately, and/or if the banner can be taken back by the opposition. For Angrivarii Rampart (Scenario from Expansion 2) the language used doesn't necessarily suggest which is the case:

The Roman player gains one Victory Banner for each rampart hex a Roman unit
occupies and holds. A maximum of two banners may be gained.

At first I thought that the banner was earned immediately upon the hex being occupied, and lasted until the hex was vacated, but I was told differently during subsequent plays. The argument that was given was that by "hold" it was implied through to the next turn. Just wondered what others thought, or better, knew :)

Hi Todd,
I've never played scenario 222 Angrivarii Rampart (16 AD) but at first sight I'll consider HOLD as "until game ends".
If you consider occupies just to say "not only move through", then holds gain meaning "until game end".
IMO, Roman Player gains 1VP when it stops his movement into a Rampart Hex, but he immediately lose it if he exits that Hex.

Maybe we could continue the discussion in forum area dedicated exactly to this map.

At the very bottom of the page (in each official scenario) you will find a discuss area that gains messages dirctly form the forum, filtered for that specific scenario.
It will be easy for future reference.
