On this map, what does the number 4 denote next to the bomber....is that 1 bomber figure or a rifle unit with a bomber? sorry can't upload map..but I was refering to opening action 1

the 4 represents the unit strength, and the image is taken from the VASSAL programme.

In effect, the unit represent is a Bomber unit as per the rules, 1 Bomber figure, and 4 Rifle figures, though using 3 Rifle figures works as well.
