Historical Notes
In the weeks prior to the Battle of Najera, a force of Goblin mercenaries marched into our camp offering their services. Our Commander, the Black Prince, still in doubt over their loyalty, deployed them alone on our extreme right, along with their Troll. Me thinks the Troll is the only reason they were welcomed to our side.
The following day, as our armies moved into the line of battle, I finally understood why the Goblins had joined us: Just beyond the hills, we could see the standards of Du Guesclin's Dwarven mercenaries mixing in with those of the bastard of Trastámara...
