I've double checked and I can find the "Deseperation" card in the "Morale 2" deck.

I was going through the cards (sorting mine) and comparing to the posting...  I noticed the posting pictures quantity two of the "Preparation" Cards and does not include the quantity one of the "Desperation" Cards...   I believe proper quantity is one Preparation and one Desperation...  Thank you!

These are some of the best cards ever in any deck.
Without considering that they cost only 1 or 2 Command Points.

When is this skill activated?

1. During the attack declaration (i.e. before the attacker's dice roll)?
2. Or maybe the defender can look at the outcome of the dice and then decide whether or not to activate this card?
