Just received my game from GMT. Your going to need a big table for this one the La Grande Battles mat is almost 5' wide and the boards for Epic battles is 3'9" wide. I guess the weight of two boards made them print the mat on thin poster board like paper. Now I just need someone to come to Florida and play this monster!!

I had fun working my way through the heavy box this weekend. Is a vassal update coming?

Just received my copy today as well. Haven't even opened the La Grande Battle boards yet but looking forward to at least trying it. Our town has a local history museum that runs a History Game con in March that I will try to get a game setup.

maybe a cultural thing, but my (expanded) table is 1.8m long by 1.2m wide
so seeking a little clarification here, but 5 foot wide means the longest edge is 5ft (1.52m)?\

I hope to see some new epic scenarios especially 1806-1807 Polish frontier campaign. waterloo. hundred days too..... 1806 catastrophe...Spanish and british scenarios too. would we need to add about 50% scenic tiles to fill in the space for the epic board? need advice.
