Special units of expansion 3 was created by Bubi

In scenarios thapsus and zela of expansion 3 are units marked as 6th legion and 5th legion. Are these units special units with special abilities?

Sometimes flavour is added with some labels.

Unless there is some note for scenario - the labels have no meaning.
