Sabotage: During setup, any nation with the saboteur specialization takes all neutral Sabotage cards and all Sabotage cards that have the nation’s symbol on it. These are placed in the nation’s play area facedown. The owning player can look at these cards at any time and can play the cards as described in the rules.
