Soviet Commanders

I am bothered by the fact the Soviets have no commanders so added some Fyodor Kharitonov (Airborne Commander), Use Sir Richard Gale,   Ivan Konev,  Use James Rudder, Georgy Zhukov. Use Patton . Vasily Chuikov use Norman Cota.  I also made one up Ivan Ivanoff uses Watchdog and Tank buster.  Also as an option just pick two decks and use them.  I hope this adds something to the game.  Thanks as always feedback welcomed
