Spotted an error in starting units so I've added 2 Regular Infantry on both American and German Division 1s.

Original text of the "Objective" section (posted here for reference since I rewrote it):

The American objective is to enter the chateau from the courtyard hex within the time limit.

The Americans win if either a) they have eliminated all German forces bar the Tiger by the end of turn 6 and the GMC truck remains operational and there is at least one American unit in the courtyard hex (with the 3 command pts) on Tile 9A or b) if the above conditions are not met in respect of the German forces condition, the Americans can still win if all German forces are eliminated by the end of turn 7.

Thus either way the Americans need the truck working and a unit in the courtyard hex at the end of turn 6 or 7. The Americans can therefore avoid trying to take out the Tiger if they can still eliminate the remaining Germans by end of turn 6.

The Germans in any event win if any infantry squad holds out until the end of Round 7.

Failure to secure the objective within 7 rounds represents time running out for the Americans to access the gold and load it up on the truck before fleeing before the reinforcements arrive.
