004 Crossroads was created by alecrespi
September 14, 1944. The American 4th Infantry Division's 8th and 22nd Regiments, plus supporting armor and engineers, attempt to take the village of Brandschied, Germany. Opposing them is the 2nd SS Panzer, which has few tanks but a good supply of infantry.

A couple questions about this scenario (fun and intense German minor victory last night):
  1. Scenario detail states 9 rounds but the Objective clearly states "end of game round 8". Which is the correct game length? 8 or 9 rounds?
  2. There are no terrain features details about the river: do you consider it impassable?

Fixes:
(a) cut down 2-3 turns
(b) a single additional tank for the Germans or remove 2 US shermans
(c) a really good scenario if you're introducing a new player to the game – give them the Americans.
