new tournament with the French

I would like to play of course but I don't know the rules of how you would organise the tournament. I am in London.

I have opened the game on the platform and I am struggling a little bit on how things works. Is there anybody here that could help me explaining how to move on the platform? It seems I am allowed to do everything.
