A game With the Theimann prompted the question:
How does this card works? To me is that if the unit moves the token is removed AND it cannot battle OR it is stationary and it battles. But NOT both! Feedback?

Remove the token after the unit moves and cannot battle or remove it after unit battles when eligible.
I read this to mean that the token is removed when the unit battles UNLESS the movement of the unit renders it incapable of battle (e.g. Infantry moving 2 hexes, MG or MTR moving).
You could equally place a token on ordered units, and remove all the tokens at the end of the turn.
