Wow was this an amazing battle. I was playing Blue as the Shimazu and was waiting to ambush the Red Ryuzuji. I thought this would be an interesting battle but then things went crazy as I was rolling everything I needed with the dice. No skill on my part I admit. Out of the five banners needed I got three from leader checks. I had a 75% kill rate on the four leaders I rolled against. I also had a total kill of a samurai unit rolling two reds and two swords. I was unstoppable. Judd had started out with a good strategy to push up against my gunners to stop ranged fire on my right flank while also unleashing his Cav on my left. That is when the first leader check ended in death for Ryuzoji Takanobu. I guess that is why panicked on the Red team. I pulled back my right, and decided to move out from behind the fences and attack. It worked. I just kept rolling kills on leaders. I took out a gunner and reduced another samurai to one block. Judd said this is it, you will kill my leader and win. He is a prophet. I have never rolled this hot in all the samurai games we have played. And I only lost one block. Once in a life Judd.
