Does thisunit move 3 hexes, or the 2 hexes shown on the counter?
I checked the original document, and it's indeed a typo by the author (the document was accompanied by a draft of the counter showing 2 movement hexes).
I think it's more accurate to assign a movement value of 2 hexes for this unit.
