French Light Lancer Cavalry? Vassal

Hi!
I have just discovered VASSAL - it's great
I want to use it to create new scenarios.
It seems to contain units from the original box only.
How can I add newer units like the French Light Lancer Cavalry.

Which Version of gamemodule you used?

If you use the Version 2.32 you have all available Units

I am using the Map Editor from ccnapoleonics.net version 1.0

This is because I want to create scenarios rather than play a game.

The Command & Colors Napolenocs from vassalengine.org does give me these units, but doesn't seem to have the same map editor function - not to make scenarios.

Is there a way to combine these two?

Or have people stopped using the Map Editor?

Which "Editor" functions you need/miss in the game module?
General, the game module have more possibilties, to setup scenarios

The map from vassalengine.org looks different.
The General "units" also look different from the original scenarios.

But perhaps thats just me being pedantic.
I can see all the scenarios on this site use the newer Vassal.
And they look great.
So I will use tha too.

If you do produce and play test any new scenarios, can you share them here for the face-to-face players?

I am now happy with my first modified scenario.
