Round 3: 509 Lindenau (16 October 1813)
Bayernkini (Austrian) - MarkMcG (French)
6 (24blocks lost) - 2 (28 blocks lost)

The bad french reinforcement rolls (to less and to late) decided this game (beside some important bad rolls on french side too).
So the Austrian had at last enough time, to exploit their superior number of units, to win the game :)

Round 5: 511 Möckern - French Left (16 October 1813)
MichalK (Allies) - 4 banners (28 blocks lost)
Mark McG (French) - 10 banners (20 blocks lost)

Initial skirmishing on French right gave way to an assault on the village on the French left.
French kept their nerve, and artillery saved the day more than once.

Tough battle

Round 1: 507 Liebertwolkwitz - morning (14 October 1813)
Grondeaux (Allies) - 2 banners (35 blocks lost)
Mark McG (French) - 9 banners (20 blocks lost)

A game where the French have large amounts of cavalry and artillery in the Centre and Left. Ergo, I got Forced March, Bayonet Charge and Right cards.
Fortunately the Allied dice were icy cold, and a Bombard card did some good. Ultimately nothing happened on the Left, a very unfortunate Prussian Cavalry charge in the Centre was repelled, and everything happened on the Right where the majority of the French infantry were. Heroes of the match were the French 1 strength LT that held out in square against several attacks (the stony cold Allied dice were the real heroes!)

I'm reasonably convinced that crap dice are a far greater help to your opponent than them having good dice versus average dice.

Round 1: 507 Liebertwolkwitz - morning (14 October 1813)
Bayernkini (Allies) - 9banners (19 blocks lost)
oppi (French) - 4 banners (40 blocks lost)

Desperate attacks on allies side with fails counters on french right side, get first 2 CAV and 1 ART for Allies. Beside i could force a long time 1-2 french units into square, which might help also.
Then i delayed game (had no rights) until i could start a first CAV Charge on allies right which get another french CAV and ART.
Following turn Allies get another french CAV on the allies right, but allies right cards running out again (so a single french CAV could escape).
Ending game then with a lucky HA range fire, which wiped out the last 3block french CAV.

Round 3: Scenario 509 Lindenau (16 October 1813)
Grondeaux (Austrians) - 2 banners (28 blocks lost + 3 Cossack losses, I'm not sure if they count)
plainscape (French) - 6 banners (18 blocks lost)

Though I made plenty of mistakes, I was able to either rally or withdraw my units before they were lost. We were skirmishing through much of the beginning of the game. But then a very well timed canister followed up by well aimed artillery bombardment decisively turned this battle to the French side. (Plus, I got lucky on my reinforcement rolls with 4 or 5 units showing up.)

Thank you to my opponent Grondeaux for playing a fun and friendly game.

Round 5: 511 Möckern - French Left (16 October 1813)
Bayernkini (Allies) - 10 banners (32 blocks lost)
plainscape (French) - 8 banners (37 blocks lost)

Game was a charging and counter charging nearly every 1-2 turns, also the dice changed in this interval of turns
and shows a lot of time incredible (you can also say some absurd) results on both sides, so the Allies was final the lucky winner.

Round 4: 510 Möckern - French Right(16 October 1813)
Grondeaux (Allies) - 7 banners (43 blocks lost)
oppi (French) - 10 banners (42 blocks lost)

this was one of the bloodiest matches i´ve ever fought, so its hard to sum up all that happened.
The main action was around Klein-Wideritzsch, where fierce russian lines kept advancing, only to be stopped by the french cavalry charge.
Even though the russians got repelled, the french casualties have been really high. The Russian attack lost some momentum and in a very close affair the french Cuirassiers saved the day with a final charge.

Great match, i need to watch it again even though i made a couple of mistakes

Round 5: 511 Mockren - French Left 16 October 1813
Grondeaux (Allies) - 3 banners (33 blocks lost )
Sansmerci (French) - 10 banners (15 blocks lost)

The Prussians could not push the French out of Mockren or the Manor the whole match. On two separate turns the Prussian assaults on Mockren and the French right flank resulted in 3 and 2 banners lost after French counter attacks. With the banner count at 9 to 3 the match ended with two straight cavalry charges by the Prussians the first for positioning and the second resulted in a battle back kill to end the mach. Rolling multiple sabre hits by the MLNCR cavalry did not help !
