Next major update of Vassal - Preview

Because next expansion with new card decks needs also a complete new resetup of all existing Vassal scenarios, i use this (bad) circumstance and i will revise the module with some changes.



I will add 2 select "Buttons" for the card decks, so the players can select after setup,
with which command deck (old 70 cards, new revised 75 cards or new full 90 cards) they want play, and if they want add the optional new tactic cards.

The Players can also remove the Special Markers (Guerrilla, Iron Will e.g.), if they don´t need it to play (and if they want to remove it).

I make also the map larger, so the terrain underlay can be seen better.
I adds further a Terrain/unit inventory counter, interested for scenario designer,
so see, how many pieces of the different terrain tiles or unit types are needed.

Nice job as usual Michael. If you could also improve a litlle bit the unit's resolution (like in the CcAncients module) it would be more then perfect

Can't wait to play CcNapo with tactics card...

Interested for scenario designers, but not only,
you can move the complete draw decks before game to the discard pile,
to select from there specific cards direct, to remove it from game (if they are not used in any scenario).

good news for those that hate Short Supply card!

I'm not sure I understand. Does that mean that this new version of Vassal include the (to be released) expansion with the new tactician cards and the revised command deck?

I will add all card decks, which can be played then, the current "old" command deck,
the new revised command deck(s) and tactic deck.

Hmm, not sure, what i do here.
I have the choice to scale up the units a little bit, but then the terrain underlay is seen less again (maintain if ART is on) and i must change a lot of units (official and unofficial).
