Windows 11 unable to download .vmod and .vmdx files

  Hi All,
I am trying to download the CCN_Map_Editor.vmod and CCN_Official_Tiles.vmdx files in Windows 11.  However whilst downloading the files I get "Error while downloading file (Mime Type not found)".
does anyone have or know of a fix for this issue?
I am running all the latest Windows updates and have tried both Windows Edge and Chrome all of which are the latest updates.

I have further tested these downloads and was unable to get them working with Firefox and also a friends PC.   I am now at the conclusion that your site has an issue with these files.   I would like to suggest that they are zipped so they can be downloaded.

I'm going with the fix is not these files

use the current version of the VASSAL module
vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Commands_%26_Colors:_Napoleonics

without knowing exactly what you want to do is hard to advise, but I'm not seeing these files will assist you now.

The problem is that I cannot download the files from your site due to that error occurring. It’s Windows not accepting files with the extensions of .vmod and .vmdx when downloading. I suggested zipping them as they would then have an extension of .zip which Windows would accept.
