New Units and Leaders (Base Game)

For French MI, this page says: Range Fire Moving: dice equal to 1/2 number of blocks round down.
My National unit reference card from the Base game says: 1/2 die per block round up.

I've changed this to up for consistency sake, but it is a bit of an anomoly that French Militia round up, whilst every other Militia rounds down. 

On the whole, it is fairly irrelevant, since French Militia rarely appear in official scenarios
