Special rules in Epic06 Talavera?

Hello,
I read in the special rules of the notes about the Rugged Hill hexes of Sierra De Segurilla that " Treat as hill terrain except: Infantry battle at –1 die up and hill to hill etc ..." ---> But the infantry is already at -1 when attacking a normal hill up so what does this means? No change?

My translation would say if ready everything that:
- Infantry only change is -1 in melee from hill to hill (no plateau effect)
- Cavalry changes are -2 everywhere (up, hill to hill and downhill)
- Artillery has no change
Right?

PS: By the way on the empty hex where it's written "Sierra de Segurilla" > A forest terrain is missing (see the official exp #6 box)!

- the change is the additional -1, if attacking hill to hill, no plateau, so you are right.
But if the notes would only state this, then we would get at least 3 another posts, if the normal -1 uphill penalty still apply! ;)

- ART: for art those part of sentence apply
"Rugged Hill hexes of Sierra De Segurilla can be entered. Treat as hill terrain"
which simply mean, its a hill with ALL hill rules for ART
