Requirements: Desire to play C&C: Napoleonics Base Game. Next month EPIC 8 multiplayer.
No fee, pre-registration necessary. Round Robin system.
Come join us for a two full days of gaming fun and historical recreation as we play the GMT battle game Commands & Colors: Napoleonics!. Wellington fight in Iberia.
Tournament-style event will allow participants to compete against one another via match-play in three separate scenarios taken from the basic Commands & Colors: Napoleonics game. Rolica, Vimeiro, and Salamanca in a Round Robin format. Each scenario will spotlight the British and Portuguese armies battling the forces of France in Spain (The Peninsular War).
All participants are also invited to play one final scenario: an Epic version of the Battle of Waterloo, 8 multiplayer Epic battle using Epic rules probably in October.
Participants are therefore guaranteed three games against three different opponents. Plus the opportunity to play the Epic Battle of Waterloo, probably in October. Each round will last about 2 hours.
We´ll also hold a C&C Napoleonics Boot Camp during Summer 2024 before the event to give new and interested players a chance to brush-up on play, rules, and learn the game. Will be held during regular boardgames hours.
