Waren-Nossentin - 1 November 1806 (Nossetin)

Klopik (Prussian) 3 Banners, 26 blocks lost
Michalxo (French) 5 Banners, 16 blocks lost

Impossible to win for Prussian commander. How could many of these scenario could go through testing? I don't understand it :(
They seem nice on map, but gameplay-joy is really low level.

Should a counterattack of a scout card count for a Prussian banner? don't think it made much difference to our match but I'd like to know.

I strongly believe yes. It's harsh rule, but counterattack is just a mirrored last played card in my understanding.

I seem to recall some discussion of this relevant to the Guerrilla Marker, and that a Counterattack of a Scout card was treated as if the Spanish had played a Scout card for GM purposes. So I would say the same logic applies.

With 19 matches of 36 played (just over 50%) there have been 2 Prussian wins. If this trend continues, then the French group will be decided by Block losses.

Rounds 2 & 5 seem to be the closest, and Round 3 & 6 the most pro-French

Kind of an unfortunate scenario selection, but always hard to judge when there is no play history

Altenzaun
Grondeaux (Prussian) 1 Banner won, 6 blocks lost
toddrew (French) 5 Banners won, 16 blocks lost (10 blocks, if exiting blocks do not count as block losses)

Opening French draw garnered two Cavalry Charges, and the first French play was lucky enough to take out a hill encamped artillery (8d rolled, three hits), and lone leader Sobbe on the breakthrough. Assualt Center play by the Prussians kept the game from ending on the next turn, and some relatively hot rolling (lots of CAV and FLG results) caused the next Cavalry Charge to be one solely about positioning. The Prussians were able to pick off one of the French Cavalry units (two CAV results on 3d), but fate was pretty much sealed as two French Cavalry units escaped off the board, with a third positioned to leave the next turn if not eliminated. Only one CAV result on the 4d from the Prussians, and the single block French LC exited to end the game at 5-1, French.

Round 1
Saalfeld

Scipio(Prussian) 0 Banners, 28 blocks lost
Viridovilas (French) 7 Banners won, 10 blocks lost

Better scenario starting position, coupled with an astonishing hand of cards and rather unbelievable dice rolls...

Round 3
Waren-Nossentin (Waren)

Tarheel (Prussian) 2 Banners won, 13 blocks lost
toddrew (French) 4 Banners won, 6 blocks lost

French Cavalry overpowered the Prussian, but were a little impatient and a reach into the Prussian line that didn't take out the Prussian HA allowed Guyot and the LC's he commanded to be captured.

@Mark: Just testing a tournament table, which shows the results always immeditately on start website.
Maybe you want use such table for upcoming tournaments.
Just waiting for the approval of Alessandro,so the table can be seen on website.

I'd be happy to see it, since setting up tables takes a while, and updating by hand isn't always convenient.

It doesn´t update the results automatic, but the table looks much better, because of border lines and background colors and, that is the main difference, the table would shown always as "top news" on start site as an
eyecatcher ;)
