Waren-Nossentin - 1 November 1806 (Waren)
Bayernkini (Prussian) 0 Banners, 13 blocks lost
Mark McG (French) 4 Banners, 3 blocks lost

a 3 card game, French Forward, Allied Cav Charge, French Cav Charge.
Michael couldn't hit, I lifted off complete units.

If this was 6-7 banners it might be more fun.
One of the few scenarios I'd suggest a Prussian exit victory condition

cross posting here:

Saalfield under scenario information on this website says to play to 5 banners.

On the VASSAL module it says 7 banners.

So, which is it???

I was punked 7 to 2 last night, but should we have stopped at 5, and should it be reported as 5-2? To be sure, this scenario is already decided by 5 flags, so not sure going longer does anything besides beating a dead horse.

Round 5
Halle AM
Tarheel (Prussian) 2 Banners, 16 blocks lost
Mark McG (French) 4 Banners won, 8 blocks lost

French Forced March as the initial card set the pace on this scenario. Fair deal of chasing about to get to 3-1, and then made an attempt on the Bridge. An LT wiped out, and 3-2. An Elan card finally activated the French Right to gun down the lone cavalry block for Victory.

Round 6
Zehdenick
Grondeaux (Prussian) 0 Banners, 12 blocks lost
Greg O (French) 4 Banners won, 6 blocks lost

Short and brutal battle. French went first and consolidated position by supporting the center Light Cav line with some support for the horse artillery and a Heavy Cav moing up from the left flank. Prussian led off with a Cavalry Charge, but it left two units of French Cav alive, if not close to shattered. French were able to counter and move the shattered French cav to the rear. After that, was not enough Prussian strength under command to prevent the French from carrying the day.

Round 5
Halle 17 Oct morning
Grondeaux Prussian 1 Banner 21 blocks lost
RoyTheBoy French 4 banners 4 blocks lost

The French were in the right place with the right orders at the start but the gunpowder was damp and The Prussian cavalry escaped with hardly a scratch. Good cards saw the French artillery moving forward and causing havoc, the Prussian HC was surprised by a first strike which left the French in a good position.

Better to be lucky than good with only 4 banners.

Round 2
Altenhau
Tarheel (Prussian) 4 Banners won, 24 blocks lost
Michalxo (French) 5 Banners won, 16 blocks lost

Pretty interesting, but very one-sided and card-dependent scenario. Despite 2 scout cards played by Tarheel, it was still not enough. French played on fastness, not strategically correct. With the help of dice, they managed to pretty much destroy poor Prussians. The cost for French were losing almost every cavalry unit they had.
Prussian player have hard time to enjoy this scenario. (as in almost any other Prussian expansion..)
Thank you Tarheel for game ;)

Round 6
Zehednick
Scipio (Prussian) 1 Banner won, 12 blocks lost
toddrew (French) 4 Banners won, 7 blocks lost

Though I suspect the Prussians' chances of victory in this scenario are not good regardless, the French card draws coupled with the Prussian loss of the 3-round initiative roll off cemented defeat. On the initial draw, the French acquired FS, and though there wasn't a good attack card to be played on the opening turn, likewise the Prussians had no good orders to retreat the center. The French had drawn Assault Center, however, and despite poor rolling (2 hits in 13 dice), holding FS allowed the Prussian Counter Attack of the fourth turn to be stemmed; the French losing only a single banner. The replacement card for FS was Cavalry Charge, and thus ended the game in 5 turns, as the dice were solid enough - indeed, almost too good, as taking out the Artillery in one roll almost left the French short of attacks to finish the turn - to run down the Prussian center.
