Had a debate about the word "entered" last night - was playing Coa and the french tried to Short Supply my LI into the single corner square behind the river claiming it could be "Entered" from the edge - as you can imagine i wasn't happy with this definition, but would welcome neutral clarification.
Martin, sure, but we speaking about River Coa and Medellin
Look onto scenario picture: If the french short supply a allies unit on there right,
they have only 1 open ground on board edge, and this one cut off then the unit, because its behind the impassable river
Also on Medellin, if the Allies player short supply a french on the french left. All board edge hexes there are all behind the impassable river, and cut off also the unit then
Remember, the short supply must be first row on board edge, except, all hexes on this row are impassable or occupied by other units.
But in the 2 cases above, there are legal open ground hexes on first board edge row, which can entered. Indifferent, if they are behind the impassable rivers then and the units are cut off then.
Therefore the player must choose one of this hexes
