Austrian light infantry

The unit charts for Austrian light infantry show dice rolled when moving and firing as half blocks rounded up plus one. In other words the exact same as the French light infantry. But the rulebook for the Austrian expansion says half blocks rounded down plus one. Which is correct? I'm guessing the verbiage in the rulebook overrides what's on the charts, but was Austrian light infantry inferior to French light infantry?

Also noticed some minor differences in terrain charts between expansions that look like mistakes. Does an errata of the rules exist?

Also anyone else notice that the name of the game written on top of ever page in the rulebook is missing a letter "s", i.e. Command & Colors versus Commands and Colors. You would think after 5 expansions the editing would be tightened up a bit.
