Does anyone know when Expansion 4 The Prussian Army will be available again? And if any new modules are planned?

I wasn't aware it was out of stock at GMT until your query, so I suspect it is only recent. GMT will probably reprint it in the next year.
I think there are plenty of copies still available for purchase from game stores, so it may be a matter of checking your favourite online store.
eBay certainly has some appear regularly, and the BGG market has 8 available

And anytime we get still the "leader of honor" expansion (whatever this expansion is called then official).
