Not the cards we were looking for. More of a desperate scramble to order units than any cohesive attack.

I was always waiting for Center Cards, but i didnt got any for 6 turns (or more). So my center Corps, was nearly complete out of battle

Anyway, it was a very close battle, at last both could win at a standing of 6:6 (where are the successful leaderchecks, when i need them)

And capture Players, posting results, add game savefiles or schedules, works also here in single Posts, so i think, we can switch over the tournament Organisation complete with MT10

The french started with a massive 222 move, that brought troops right up to the austrian towns...and got the artillery in a ready position for some CA attacks to follow later on. The Austrians reacted quickly by moving into the towns and protecting the objectives
Old McDonald pressed hard on the left but could not break the Austrian GZ Units! The French took out a LN and The Austrians responded with prepared fire and took out a line unit and a leader with it...
Immediately the french began forcing the Austrian player into square all over the board.. reducing his firepower down, but protected from cavalry at least.
The French player continued grinding away at the left, and the Austrians continued to hold Sussenbrunn...
The battle shifted focus again to the right.. with the Austrian infantry prevailing over the day

Extrem bad dice and additional 2 lost leaders, gave me no chance.
Sometimes (in last games more times) i wished, a killed leader don´t Count as VP

Round 1 - Elchingen (Scenario 304)

Bayernkini (French) - nekengren (Allies)
7 (12 blocks lost) - 1 (31 blocks lost)

First victory, with good cards and dice (after all bad dice in first 2 games).

And many thx to Neal, and we hope to see you more times online, not only for tournament games.

Round 5 - Ordal Cross (Scenario 118)

Bayernkini (French) - Klopik (Allies)
6 (27 Blocks lost) - 2 (27 Blocks lost)

An early advance on French Right, Forces to retreat the spanish flank.
A Long time (at least 7 turns) not much happens, because of the Cards (i had only lefts).
At last i got a Force March and a Bayonett Charge, and could move my right flank to Center to attack the spanish on the Hills.
After first bloody battles (and nearly no hits on my side), i feared, to loose this game again, as Klopik countered in Center.
But with luck on my side, he had also less hits to my weaked Units, so i could finaly finish game in my following turn.

Trout - Allies - 7 Flags/11 Blocks lost
Theimann - French - 2 Flags/31 Blocks lost

The Allies had the best cards, 2 bombards, first strike, advances, as well as very good dice to tie up the French center. The French right was advanced and gained control of the Abby but the Allies were able to pick off several low strength units for the win.

The Game from Klopik and me. A France Victory with good cards on my side. I also lost more Blocks then the Austria Army: Loses French 3 Army and 22 Blocks, Austria 6 Army and 21 Blocks.
Was fun to play with Petr. Enjoy the game very much. I think its good to look the game and interesting how 2 Newbies try to overcome each other
