Does “Fireball” provide an extra attack or is it played “in lieu” of a command card? (C/Q) 2007-01-07 18:43:37

A: It provides an extra attack (played "alongside", not "in lieu").
Is this spell cast by an ordered unit (ranged attack) or can it be played on any enemy unit? (C/Q) 2007-11-28 18:37:40
Q: Can you target any unit or does only an activated unit use the fireball?
A: "Fireball" is played alongside a command card. Like all Lore cards of this type, they are resolved at the beginning of a player's turn before any unit is ordered. Therefore the answer is yes, any enemy unit can be targeted.
