Can “Assault” be played alongside another command card in Epic battles? (C/Q) 2007-04-22 03:09:01
Q: When you play in epic, can you play a “play in lieu of your command card” card along with a card from the command rack?
A: Lore cards played “in lieu of a command card” are played in lieu of ALL command cards played by the active player this turn, not just in lieu of a single one. So the answer is NO. If you play a Lore card “in lieu of a command card” this is the only card you play this turn, and you may not play another card from the command rack along with it.
