Since ground scale varies from scenario to scenario, it is logical that weapon scale should also vary, at least for the infantry.
This is especially true if you look at the Antietam and "Pickett's Charge" scenarios.
Therefore, alter the Infantry fire ranges as follows (artillery and cavalry unchanged):
