2 games solitaire with the Spartans winning both times, 6 - 2, and 6 - 3. Despite the scores, with a lucky roll or two, it could have went the other way.

In the spirit of the Exp6 rules/scenario book, where Greek units are put into eastern forces, the two medium infantry units on the Persian right could be represented as Greek Medium Hoplite units. They were a collection of Greek allies from central and northern Greece.

Our group played this 10 times yesterday, the Spartans winning 6-4. Most games were close, but the two overwhelming victories went to Persia (6-1 and 6-2). The keys to victory seem to be, for the Persians bringing their central reserve up as soon as possible and making full use of their medium cavalry, and for the Spartans to advance their right flank before it is shot to pieces. In most of our games, the Immortals didn't survive the opening clashes, and in the 4 which I was involved in the issue was mainly decided on the Spartan right.

Great scenario, exciting and short - not one of ours took more than 40 minutes and several were well under half an hour.
