Clarification : Ignoring 1 Sword hit for Heavy Chariot or not ?

Ave, Gens Ancientae !
I've just received yesterday my expansions IV & V and I noticed a divergence between former rules and these new ones.
It was said that Heavy Chariot can ignore one Sword Hit when attacked.
Now, with the new rules, it can't...
Where is the error ?

Iv'e raised your point on consimworld and GMT are looking into it.
